- Step 2: Receive your pre-paid insured carrier return label and unique RMA packing slip within 4 business hours.
- Step 3: Repack the formulation in its protective thermal pod to prevent glass shatter during return transit.
- Step 4: Drop the parcel at your local carrier depot. Tracking updates will stream directly to your account.
